Here is another look at the reverse omoplata we looked at in training on Saturday.

Slightly different variation but the same result. Tap !

Hi guys.

Just to let you know we will be running a class this BH Monday 4th June at BJJ Herts.

However the class shall be from 6-8 instead of the usual 8-10.
