Change in BJJ Hertfordshire Class schedule for next week ONLY

Guys,

Arlans will be teaching a Gi BJJ class next Thursday (19th January 2012), so Ian has very kindly agreed to teach the wrestling class this Monday (16th January 2012).

This is a great opportunity for the guys that can't make wrestling on a Thursday to train.

Please note this is for next week only.
