Day 21 Weigh In - Getting stronger and lighter

This weeks weigh in a muscle measurements suggest that as my weight is decreasing and my muscles are staying the same side I have increased my leab muscle mass and in turn my power to weight ratio.

Black Belt Bamboo Socks For Martial Artists

CrossFit AMRAP Round Counter - Never lose count again

Crossfit is an awesome fitness system for BJJers as it is all about intensity and 'forging elute fitness'. The only problem is is when you are going flat out, it is tricky to remember the number of round completed, so it get round this I came up with a CrossFit AMRAP Round Counter - all you need to do is hit is when you complete a rep/st/round and it records it - easy peasy lemon squeezy.

It can be attached to your arm, wrist or even leg via its stretchy strap and it is also water proof for up to 3 m which is ideal for the dribblers amongst us (me included).

Private One to One Beginners BJJ Course

Chaps I am starting a one to one Brazilian Jiu Jitsu beginners course for anyone that is new to BJJ and wants to give it a proper try before attending classes. The course last just 6 hours and all attendees get a free Gi and belt. The BJJ course is designed for up to 2 people - so they can bring a mate if they want.

The Jiu Jitsu course is for both men and women.

Guys - we are going to be launching a password protected video channel of as many lesson (techniques and sparring) as possible d=so that we can review what we have done in class and look to identify areas of improvement and also what we are good at.

Nolan has very kindly agreed to do the filming.

Martial Artist Specific Supplements - The Results I got

As many of you know, I have had a supplements system especially designed for MArtial Artists and Combat Athletes. 

30 days a ago I started to test them and recorded all my meals and S&C sessions over the period I ended up losing 4.4kg (just under 10lbs) whilst keeping my muscle size almost constant - therefore my lean muscle mass increased as did my power to weight ratio.
