Arlans Teaching on Monday 19th March 2012

Arlans will be teaching at BJJ Hertfordshire on Monday the 19th March 2012. This class is rescheduled from last THursday that he could not make.

Chaps, we need to swap the classes round next week,Ian will teach wrestling on Monday and Arlans will teaching a BJJ Gi class on Thursday.

Please remember Mondays class will start at 7:30pm as we all need our beauty sleep.
