CrossFit Demos & Family Day in Epping This Sunday

Just to let you know that our friends at Concept Fitness / CrossFit Essex will be demoing Crossfit and more at the Epping Town Show between 12pm-5pm.

The weather looks like it is going to be a winner so it will be well worth popping down and finding out more about Crossfit.
