Wrestling Class on Monday

Hi everyone.

Just to let you all know that for this week the wrestling class will be on Monday 24th Sept and the BJJ class on Thurs 27th Sept.

Normal schedule will resume next week with the BJJ on Monday and wrestling on Thursday.

Wrestling Is Back !

Hi everyone,

Wrestling class is back this week.

The class will be on Thursday nights from 8-10 not on Mondays as previously mentioned.

This class is highly recommended especially for those of you that want to do competitions due to the takedowns.

As you are probably aware you start from standing in competition so this class will be of great benefit.

Professor Arlans at BJJ Herts

Professor Arlans will be teaching the class at BJJ Herts this Monday 3rd September. Class will run at the usual time 8-10.
