Just to let you know that our friends at Concept Fitness / CrossFit Essex will be demoing Crossfit and more at the Epping Town Show between 12pm-5pm.
The weather looks like it is going to be a winner so it will be well worth popping down and finding out more about Crossfit.
Say 'Hi' to Bret and Keir who are they owners - they are top guys and will be able to answer any S&C for BJJ questions you my have. HOWEVER be warned their pitch is next to the beer tent - it could get messy......
