Wrestling Class Tonight - Lets make 2012 the year of the takedown

Chaps, wrestling tonight, especially for all of you guys goal is to improve your takedowns in 2012.
7:45pm to 9:45pm, please bring gum shields as I want to maintain us as the best looking BJJ club in the world.
