Next week - Monday 12th March - Wrestling Class , Thursday 15th March Arlans BJJ Gi Class
Chaps, we need to swap the classes round next week,Ian will teach wrestling on Monday and Arlans will teaching a BJJ Gi class on Thursday.
Please remember Mondays class will
start
at 7:30pm as we all need our beauty sleep.
