Just to let you all know this Monday 16th April it will be a wrestling class at BJJ Herts (7.30-9.30).
BJJ class will be on Thursday 19th April (7.45-9.45).
This is just for this week as our wrestling coach Ian cannot make it on Thursday.
Also good luck to all the guys competing this weekend at the Welsh Open. I'm sure everyone will fight well and fight hard. Hopefully there will be some medals to show for everyones efforts.
