Crossfit is an awesome fitness system for BJJers as it is all about intensity and 'forging elute fitness'. The only problem is is when you are going flat out, it is tricky to remember the number of round completed, so it get round this I came up with a CrossFit AMRAP Round Counter - all you need to do is hit is when you complete a rep/st/round and it records it - easy peasy lemon squeezy.
It can be attached to your arm, wrist or even leg via its stretchy strap and it is also water proof for up to 3 m which is ideal for the dribblers amongst us (me included).
