Chaps, my mates at Concept Fitness in Epping are running a 4 hour Olympic Weight Lifting, where you can learn the correct techniques for lifting that you can then use in your own gym or at home. Olympic lifting is key to functional power and strength building, ideal for us BJJers. Spaces are limited to 10 people so you will get loads of attention from Keir William, who is a top lifting coaches (and Spurs fan).
