In my view bjj training can be split in several elements:
Techniques
Strength & Conditioning
Flexibility
Nutrition
Adding the fact that I think it is crucial to continue to provide monthly members benefits for being part of our team, I just want to ask following on from the kettle bells, pilates and nutritional seminar what would you guys find useful to support your Jiu Jitsu development?
