BJJ Herts Techniques Video & Bank Holiday Class Times Will be As Normal

Morning guys,

Just wanted to update you that I have organised the BJJ training videos on the site so that it is easy to search and find them to use as reference. 

Thanks again to my on screen 'partner' Jon for appearing in the videos.

I will be adding more videos on this weeks techniques over the bank holiday weekend.

Just to confirm guys classes will run as normal over the bank holiday weekend - 9am-10am & 10am-12pm on Saturday, and Monday;'s class will be at 7:45pm 09:45pm.
