Guard passing tonight & a visit from BIG Chris

Hi guys, 

Just to let you all know that we will be focusing on gyard passing tonight, both on the floor and standing.

I think we will also be getting a visit from a blue belt team mate of mine - BIG Chris.

See you all tonight 7.30pm to 9.30pm
