I have been playing with a few things to help me remember techniques and transitions, and came across BJJ training flow charts. I have created one here that shows options from closed guard, scissor sweep and knee on belly based on transitions and if you 'fail' to but on additional techniques.
Here is the flow chart, please let me know if this is useful and any feedback you have so that i can make it even better:
In tonight's class we will be reviewing guard passes, and some sweep and also i will be introducing the guard pass clock........
