Anyone else aching from Saturday's kettle bell session? :-)
We are going to go over the following in tonight's BJJ training:
Takedown - Continuing with our wrestling shoot drills, which will include shooting and taking your opponents back.
Triangle/Arm Bar/Omoplata Sequence - We are going to re visit this sequence which will allow you to move from submission to submission.
(Sparring)
See you tonight at 7.45pm.
