Simon Cowell Jiu Jitsu + Tonight's Class Escapes and Guard passes

Just to let you know that Wes and Dave have started running Simon Cowel Jiu Jitsu classes, if you want Wes to teach you please call 07867511803 and press the number 1 when prompted, if you want Dave to teach you please call 07867511803 and press the number 2 when prompted. Lines close Sunday night at 8pm, Calls made after this time will not be count and may still be charged. Calls cost £10.50 per minute from a BT and mobiles and other networks will cost considerable more......

In tonight's class we will be going over a open guard passes and escape that encompasses and develops some core BJJ skills.
