Spot the Banana Competition, Tonight's BJJ Class Technique & Helicopter Arm bar.

Hi Guys,

Hope you all had a great weekend.

First of all just wanted to start the week with a competition, the first person that can spot the banana in the following picture will win a prize.......

In tonight's class we will be drilling takedowns again, however this time we will also be looking at sprawling too. In addition to this we will also be discussing the knee on belly attack - securing the position and then an arm bar, key-lock and choke from the position.

As discussed at the end of Saturdays BJJ class, here is MIchael Russell (the youngest British Black Belt and top guy) executing the Helicopter Arm Bar  at the Kent Open a couple of years ago against Andy Roberts. Both these guys are great competitors.
